Hole Description

This tree and gorse lined uphill dog-leg left is a lovely hole, one to be savoured. At stroke index 3, it clearly can be dangerous, but played well can also be very rewarding. The sloping fairway tends to throw tee-shots to the right, so a slight draw is the perfect shot if you can do it. However, you don’t want to overdo it. Bunkers short left and right protect the approach to the green. Between these the ground rises to the green, and a ball pitching into this slope will often stop short.
